Terms of service
dream1996 provides digital subscription services for the plan and duration selected by the customer.
Orders are handled through Telegram. Before payment, the customer will be informed of the selected service, plan, duration, price and any information required to complete the order.
Access is provided for the stated subscription period. There are no automatic renewals or recurring charges from dream1996.
Customers are responsible for providing correct account and order information where required. Do not send passwords or other account information unless it is necessary to complete your order.
Payments
Crypto is our preferred payment method. If crypto is not an option, contact us on Telegram to ask about alternative payment methods.
The final price and payment method will be confirmed before the order is processed.
Never send payment to an address or account that has not been provided through our official dream1996 contact.
Coverage & problems
If something stops working, contact us on Telegram and we will investigate the issue.
Purchases are covered for two-thirds of the purchased subscription period. For example:
- 12 month subscription → 8 months coverage
- 6 month subscription → 4 months coverage
- 3 month subscription → 2 months coverage
Where the issue is covered and can be resolved, we will repair, restore or replace the service as appropriate.
Coverage does not apply to problems caused by actions outside our control, including changes made by the customer, loss of account access caused by the customer, violations of the relevant service's rules, or inaccurate information provided to us.
Cancellations & refunds
If you want to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
Whether an order can be cancelled or refunded depends on whether fulfillment has already started and on any rights that apply to your purchase.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
Third-party service risk
The services offered through dream1996 are operated by independent third-party providers and remain subject to their own terms, eligibility requirements and policies.
By purchasing through dream1996, you acknowledge that third-party providers may change their terms, pricing, eligibility requirements or technical systems, and may restrict, suspend or terminate subscription benefits or accounts in accordance with their own policies.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of a third-party service complies with the terms and requirements applicable to your account.
Please consider these risks before purchasing.
This does not replace our stated coverage. If your purchase is still within the applicable dream1996 coverage period, contact us and we will handle eligible problems according to our coverage policy.

All company names, trademarks, service marks, logos and other brand assets remain the property of their respective owners. They are used only to identify the relevant third-party service and are not intended to suggest an official partnership or endorsement.
We respect the rights, policies and concerns of third-party service providers and rights holders.
If you represent a company, platform, brand or other rights holder and have any concern regarding:
- the availability of your service through dream1996
- the use or display of your company name, trademark or logo
- the way your service is described or presented
- any other content or activity associated with dream1996

We aim to resolve concerns cooperatively and without unnecessary dispute. We will review legitimate requests promptly and are happy to make reasonable changes where necessary.
If an authorized representative of a service provider or rights holder asks us to stop offering their service through dream1996, we will promptly discontinue the affected offering.
If requested, we will also remove the relevant trademarks, logos, references or other brand material from our website and channels.
If you believe any content infringes your intellectual property or otherwise violates your rights, please identify the affected material and provide enough information for us to review the request. We will investigate it promptly and take appropriate action where necessary.
We would much rather resolve an issue directly than allow a preventable misunderstanding to become a dispute.
